Posted plans for moving company SEO and paid ads
Six plans cover everything we sell to movers: three for moving company SEO and three for paid ads. Each card shows our fee and what it buys, and the moving company SEO tiers and the paid ads tiers are priced apart. Read them the way you read a load board, picking the job that fits the truck sitting idle.
Search plans for a moving company's route sheet
Organic Growth Silver
$1,495/mo
The website you already run stays exactly as it is. Our search work gathers around it, one town and one kind of move at a time, so more quote requests find the form.
- Twenty-five landing pages added every month, each aimed at a town or a move type on your route
- Each month brings 4 Strategic Content Assets, drafted around the searches that come before a quote request
- Google Business Profile kept current with your service towns, categories and fresh photos
- Review requests after finished jobs, plus reply drafts waiting for your approval
- Facts about your company arranged so AI assistants repeat them as written
- A single sheet each month showing which pages brought quote requests and which stayed quiet
Organic Growth Gold

Silver's work at double the pace, plus a website we build and keep running so the quote form lives on pages made for it.

Organic Growth Platinum

The fullest search load we carry: three times Silver's page count, the managed website, and room to build for every season before it arrives.
- One hundred landing pages added every month, so every town and every move type gets its own
- Twelve Strategic Content Assets per month, covering local jobs, long hauls and the questions in between
- Our managed website, hosted, edited and wired to the quote form on every pageNot packed in
- Summer and month-end pages built ahead of the rush, not during it
- Google Business Profile, reviews and AI-assistant facts all kept current as the route list changes
- A monthly review of pages, calls and quote requests, with the next month's page list agreed together
The number on each card is our fee alone. Whatever the ad platforms charge for clicks is billed by them, on top, and nothing is locked in.
Ad plans for the weeks the board runs thin
One Ad Platform
$895/mo
One ad account, built and tended by us, pointed at the weeks when the board has gaps.
- Your pick of one: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, or Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)
- The account sits under your company name and you hold the logins
- Campaigns split by town and by local or long-distance work
- Calls and form fills counted from the first ad onward
- A monthly sheet setting that platform's spend beside the quote requests it brought
Two Ad Platforms
$1,595/mo
Two accounts working side by side, so a quiet week on one has company on the other.
- Run two together from this list: Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Both accounts opened in your company name, logins kept with you
- Local jobs and long hauls get separate campaigns on each platform
- A running list of searches to keep out, shared across the pair
- One monthly sheet that lines the two platforms up by cost and quote requests
Three Ad Platforms
$2,295/mo
The whole set, so the same quote request can be reached on a search box, on a map and in a social feed.
- All three platforms live together: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)
- Three accounts in your name, every login in your hands
- Seasonal pushes planned around summer, month-end and the first-of-the-month rush
- Searches to keep out, trimmed week by week across all three
- One monthly sheet comparing the three platforms on quote requests per dollar spent
The number on each card is our fee alone. Whatever the ad platforms charge for clicks is billed by them, on top, and nothing is locked in.
One truck or many crews
How a one-truck outfit and a multi-crew company might pick a tier
An owner who also drives the truck usually has one thing in common with every other owner like that: no spare evening to look after a website. If your site already works and the aim is to be found in a handful of towns, Silver leaves it exactly as it is. If the site is the part holding you back, Gold swaps it for one we manage.
A company with several crews and a dispatcher has a different squeeze. Its board is wide, so there are many towns and move types worth a page of their own, and Platinum's page count is built for that. Ads are a separate choice. A company that runs thin in a few stretches of the calendar may only want one platform. One that wants to reach a family on a search box, a map and a social feed can take all three.
None of this is a rule. Both kinds of company have started small and grown the plan as the board filled, and the moving company marketing page walks through the order. The moving company SEO page covers the search tiers in detail, paid ads covers the ad tiers, and services sets them side by side. When you are ready to talk it over, the contact page has the form.
Questions movers ask about the posted plans
Does a moving company pay the ad platforms through you or directly?
Directly. Google, Microsoft and Meta bill the account for the clicks, and our card covers only the building and tending of the campaigns. Ad spend is never folded into the posted fee.
Can a mover change tiers when the summer rush ends?
Each month stands by itself with nothing signed, so a different tier is a note to us before the next invoice. The quieter the board, the lighter the plan you may want, and that is your call.
What does Silver leave out for a moving company with a site already running?
It leaves out the managed website. Your own pages stay as they are, and our town pages, Maps work and review replies gather around them. Gold and Platinum add the website, with hosting included.
Is there a startup fee before a mover's first town page goes up?
There is none. The first invoice is the posted fee for the tier you choose, and the work begins from it.
Do the posted plans promise a number of quote requests for a mover?
No. The cards show what we build and run each month. Quote requests are what the marketing is aimed at, and no plan carries a promise of calls, rankings or booked moves. See about our side of the desk for where we stop, and the guides for the work behind each card.
Which weeks on your board still have trucks sitting at the curb?
Tell us the towns you want more of, whether the money is in local jobs or long hauls, and how the calendar looks from here to the end of the month. You get one monthly price and a straight read on where the quote requests could come from.
The dolly, the boxes and the cargo bay are drawings. None of them shows a real move or a real crew, and none predicts a single booking.
